COMPUTER LITERACY LEVEL : MS Suite Basic

ADDITIONAL COMPUTER SKILLS : Basic SAP, ET2000 Skills

 

JOB RELATED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Automotive Warehouse environment
  • Forklift License
  • Organization (Filing, Reporting)
  • Attention to Detail and Quality (Check received Parts)
  • Basic Knowledge about automotive Parts
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Ability to work long hours
  • Ability to analyze claims and report to management

 

ADDED ADVANTAGES:

  • Experience in different operational warehouse processes

 

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • Receiving of stock and signing and endorsement of the Proof of Delivery Sheet
  • Unboxing of the Parts
  • Removing of the labels from the parts and parcels
  • Sorting the stock for Dealer Returns investigations and later for Put Away Team
  • Stick put away labels
  • Check Dealer Returns Documents and what stock is received from the dealer
  • Quality Checks for all parts (part number verification, shortages, over supplies, damages,

incomplete sets, defects)

  • Handover Process to Put Away Team
  • Scrapping of Parts in co-operation with security official
  • Processing of Claims in SAP, ET2000

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Housekeeping and Safety
  • Meet all housekeeping and safety standards (Daily)
  • Quality
  • Adhere to all quality standards, work instructions and policies (Daily)
  • Have meetings to discuss root cause of findings and report back to Supervisor and Claims Manager (Weekly)
  • Time and attendance
  • Adhere to all times for beginning of shift, tea time and end of day (Daily)
  • Conditions of Service
  • Due to the nature of your job, you may be required to perform other duties that may reasonably be expected of you within the company from time to time (Daily)
  • You are required to perform all the work allocated to you in a proper and professional manner and to the satisfaction of the company and client. (Daily)
  • Shifts
  • You need to work the shift assigned to you for the week by your Supervisor and Claims Manager (Daily)
  • However, overtime and work over weekends will be required as per client requests
  • Client Commitment
  • Meet Clients needs at all times (Daily)
