A Grade 12 plus extensive relevant experience in administration/Office
A recognized three years Bachelor Degree/National Diploma will serve as an

Provide general administrative support within the Directorate.
Handle procurement of goods and services for the Directorate.
Provide financial administrative support to the Directorates.
Plan and monitor the budget of the Directorate.
Coordinate travel arrangements of the members of the Directorate.
Facilitate logistical arrangements for Directorate meetings and workshops.
Process travel claims of the members of the Directorate.
Arrange, attend meetings and take minutes when required.
Assist with arrangements of personal development training of staff members of
Assist the Director with general ad-hoc administrative matters.
Ensure effective and efficient functioning of the Directorate.
Maintain document management system for the Directorate.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
Assist with the consolidation of the reports.
Receive/Send and acknowledge all correspondences to and from provincial offices
Consolidate and update Directorate’s Annual Performance Plan.
Assist with training plans, business plans and completion reports evaluations’ and
facilitate approval thereof.
