Main Purpose of Job

To support team in delivery of services to internal clients in relevant area of expertise.

Support with the implementation of learning initiatives to facilitate BU achievement of strategic objectives.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Required

National Diploma in relevant function and studying towards degree

3 years’ working experience within the relevant function

 

Preferred

Degree

2 years’ at Junior Consultant level within the function

Under minimal guidance, supports the team in the delivery of services to clients in line with the defined strategic objectives

Differentiators for this specific role

  • Ensure that all Learning initiatives are aligned with Firm-wide strategy
  • Acting as the Learning Advisor for relevant BU. This would entail advising the Talent Leader, HR BP and Talent Council regarding learning solutions for their BU.
  • Attend regular meetings with Talent Leader and HR BP to provide input to BU’s learning strategy.
  • Assisting with design, development and execution of programmes
  • Create excitement and momentum around Learning through marketing of all initiatives
