• Minimum Grade 11
• Minimum of 1-2 years Customer service experience within a Contact Centre dealing with UK customers.
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Intermediate computer literacy (Outlook and MS Word essential)
• Must be available to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Duties & Responsibilities
• Meter reading
• Handling complaints
• Monitoring disputes
• Working between several accounts
• Reading and explain billing of accounts
• Registering new customers
• Setting up direct debits
• Receiving payments
• Create bills
• Job booking
