About Us We are in search for experienced 3 Outbound call center sales agents to join the Sales and Marketing team for a 6 month fixed term contract.

  • Make cold calls to leads and generate
  • Capture clients details
  • Have strong objection handling skills
  • have a strong telephone manner
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets l key performance indicators Skills and Competencies • MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of equipment, materials and suppliers used in facilities management.
  • Excellent client rapport
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Excellent writing skills (spelling and grammar)
  • Ability to accurately translate a verbal conversation into writing
  • Ability to deal with irate customers
  • Good time Management
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Preferably an understanding of the environment but not a requirement
  • Attend to Phone Calls and Emails
  • Logging client requests
  • Handle and resolve queries timeously Qualifications • Grade 12 (non-negotiable)
  • Computer literacy
  • 2 – 3 years of call centre experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience would be a distinct advantage
