Description

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Tracking Vehicles from origin to destination
  • Handling and following up on Customer queries
  • Handling and following up on Vehicle Alerts
  • Routing and de-routing of vehicles
  • Manage all National Call center activities after hours (22h00 to 06h00)
  • Log faulty units with call centre

Job Requirements:

Educational Requirements & experience needed:

  • Matric
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel and outlook)
  • Experience in Call Centre environment advantageous
  • 1 Year experience

Core Technical Competencies:

Knowledge of South African Geography

Good communicational skills required

Good Telephone etiquette

1 year experience in a satellite vehicle monitoring

Trained / Experience in Power Track Professional/Lite, Vigil, Vigil+, CRM & Service desk
