Administration Officer ( Music)


Description

To give administrative support services to the Deputy Director and personnel of the Music Foundation.
The joint arranging of music concerts at Unisa and the control thereof. Assistance with the presentation
of workshops, music festivals, music competitions and conferences.
Requirements:
Grade 12 Matric plus three (3) years relevant experience
Or
 Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma plus two (2) years relevant experience
Recommendation
 National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in music
 Experience in Music
Knowledge
 Knowledge in Oracle and IDU (Financial Management Software)
 Knowledge in Unisa Legal Services, Procurement and Finance
 Music background

General office administration including word processing
